Tiny home from the 60s that is completely remodeled. Very fun stay! The swimming pool and hot tub and dog park are shared.

Maximum 3 guests, all guests must sign the waiver sent with check-in instructions before arrival and use of facilities. Park in front of the Hula Hut. We allow alterations to reservations 5 days before the reservation date or earlier. Quiet time is from 9 PM to 8 AM, so please keep it to a low roar. No loud music at any time, day or night. Cleaning: Please wash dishes and take out the trash before checking out. Extra fees might apply if the place is excessively dirty. Never remove mattress protectors. Pool/ Hot tub rules: All children must be supervised by an adult while in the pool/ hot tub area. No Diving or jumping from the deck. No lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk. Not responsible for accidents. Pool Hours: 9 AM to dusk. We care about your children, so please watch them closely; it only takes a few seconds for an accident to happen. Must be 21 or older to book. You acknowledge that you will respond to my message the morning after check-in with any trip-related issues and give us a chance to rectify the problem right then; we do not accept requests for money for trip-related issues after you check out; it's simple, if you have a problem let our staff fix it for you :) Only well-behaved, non-aggressive pets are allowed on the property. Additional cleaning fee of $50/day (if necessary). Please ensure pets do not leave stains or excessive hair on the furniture to avoid additional fees. Do not leave pets unattended outside. Smoking is permitted outside only. 200$ per day smoking fee for smoking indoors. Fees: 50$ late check-out fee. 25$ lost key fee. Guest Liability Policy: Guests agree to assume full responsibility for any damage to property, including furniture and accessories. Accidental Injury Policy: Guests assume the risk of any accidents or personal injuries during their stay and use of the Pool, Hot Tub, paddle boards, kayaks, and Boogie Boards, accidental or otherwise, and will not hold the host, owners or managers liable. You agree to cancel/schedule or alter your reservation if a hurricane threatens guest safety. Thank you for being an awesome guest :)

This place is This Trailer is 59 years old, we remodeled it but it has the original bath tub and kitchen sink, if scratches and scars on them are going to bother you, this is not your place :)We cater to guests traveling with pets. We are located close to Copano Bay, the salt air rusts things out quickly here, if a rusty outdoor table will bother you, pass on this one.
